Does God still speak this way today? Let's look at the Scrip- tures and some contemporary examples. “For I am the Lord, I change not” (Malachi 3:6, KJV). “What has been before will be again...there is nothing new under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9, NIV). “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and for- ever” (Hebrews13:8, KJV).
“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” (Acts 2:17, NIV).
